Responsibilities

  • Conduct credit research in assigned sectors, including structured securities, investment-grade, and high-yield securities.
  • Provide forward-looking credit opinions on securities and sectors.
  • Present investment ideas to the team in both formal and informal environments.
  • Develop financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Conduct industry research to inform credit analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Economics is required.
  • 0-5 years of investment experience is required.
  • Proven analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Experience working in a trading floor environment and managing distractions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Derivative Solutions and Bloomberg is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000
