About the position
The Investment Analyst Program at Cambridge Associates is a four-year program designed for recent graduates to collaborate with Investment Directors in providing investment and capital markets research, analysis, and advice to clients. Analysts will engage in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, gaining exposure to various asset classes and investment strategies while deepening their investment knowledge. The program includes structured mentorship, professional development opportunities, and the potential for internal advancement upon completion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Investment Directors and co-IAs to assess investment managers' portfolios and support client requests.
- Directly manage 10 to 15 clients.
- Gather and evaluate historical asset allocation, spending, and performance data.
- Prepare exhibits and other presentation documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (all majors) with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated interest in investments and capital markets.
- Proficient with MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
