About the position

The Investment Banker Associate position is a full-time role at a Cleveland-based boutique investment bank and advisory firm, focusing on supporting middle market companies globally. The associate will work closely with senior team members and clients, engaging in various phases of investment banking execution, including due diligence, valuation analyses, and preparation of marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, reviewing, and analyzing due diligence processes and materials.
• Developing valuation analyses and models including projections, LBO, DCF, public comparables, and historical M&A transactions.
• Preparing comprehensive pitchbooks, information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of sell side M&A advisory and investment banking experience.
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top tier school.
