About the position

The Executive Director in Business Services Investment Banking is a senior role responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients. This position requires a strong business acumen and a proven track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while providing integrated financial solutions. The Executive Director will work closely with various internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client requests and deals.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on integrated financial solutions including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and capital raises.
• Coordinate all deals and requests from clients with internal teams and external consultants.
• Provide timely market information to clients.
• Participate in business and company events to identify new business opportunities and pitch for new clients.
• Lead and participate in execution meetings with support from execution/product partners.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Very strong quantitative and analytical skills, including Excel modeling and valuation work.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions.
• Adaptability to manage projects independently and assume high levels of responsibility.
• Ability to interact with clients in a professional and mature manner.
• Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks.
