About The Position
We're looking for an Investment Banker to assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions for domestic and foreign corporate and private equity clients. The role involves managing major workstreams of M&A transactions including diligence, the development of financial projections and analyses, and all client deliverables. You will effectively lead working teams of junior bankers and other constituents (lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc.), provide critical support and input in the negotiation of transactions as required, and present to internal and external clients effectively and with confidence. Collaboration with colleagues across the globe to provide clients with seamless transaction execution is essential. You will also be expected to generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward and make sound and balanced judgments within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards.
