About the position

As an Executive Director in Technology Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase, you will leverage your extensive experience to develop and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients. This role focuses on providing integrated financial solutions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises, while also identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met and contribute to the overall success of the investment banking franchise.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on integrated financial solutions including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity capital and debt capital raises.
• Coordinate all deals and requests from clients with internal teams and external consultants.
• Provide timely market information to clients.
• Participate in business and company events to identify new business opportunities and pitch for new clients.
• Lead and/or participate in execution meetings with support from execution/product partners.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Very strong quantitative and analytical skills, including Excel modelling and valuation work.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability to manage projects independently and assume high levels of responsibility.
• Ability to interact with clients in a professional and mature manner.
• Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks.
