About the position

As an M&A Advisor at Now Exit, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and facilitating successful transactions. This position is ideal for results-oriented professionals with a strong background in investment banking and business brokerage. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to identify and engage prospective clients, leveraging your experience as a business broker to cultivate new relationships within the business community. Your comprehensive understanding of the deal process will enable you to provide valuable insights to clients, ensuring they are well-informed throughout their journey. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of M&A transactions, drawing on your experience to run deals from start to finish. This includes deal sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, and closing. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling pitch materials, conduct thorough due diligence, and structure deals that align with clients' objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will offer strategic guidance and expert advice to support clients' decision-making processes and help them achieve their financial goals. Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities will be crucial as you proactively identify new business prospects and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in business brokerage/investment banking with a proven track record of success in client acquisition and deal execution.
  • Experience as a business broker with a strong understanding of the business sale process.
  • Proficiency in evaluation methods and financial analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in independently managing M&A transactions from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
