About the position

The M&A Advisor position at Now Exit is a commission-based role focused on driving business growth and facilitating successful transactions in the investment banking and business brokerage sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience to engage prospective clients, manage M&A transactions, and provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Utilize comprehensive understanding of the deal process to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling pitch materials and conduct thorough due diligence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and expert advice.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in business brokerage/investment banking with a proven track record of success in client acquisition and deal execution.
  • Experience as a business broker with a strong understanding of the business sale process.
  • Proficiency in evaluation methods and financial analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in independently managing M&A transactions from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.

  • Real estate and/or insurance license preferred.
