About the position

Perella Weinberg Partners LP is seeking an analyst to join its expanding Capital Markets Advisory team. The role involves providing independent advice to clients navigating complex markets, focusing on capital markets advisory, leveraged finance, and related services. The analyst will support senior team members in advising clients and executing transactions, contributing to a lean team environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete credit analysis and due diligence on proposed transactions, including analyzing cash flows and credit quality.
• Prepare materials supporting client engagements or discussions, such as management presentations or rating agency presentations, in coordination with industry teams.
• Provide transaction execution support for capital markets advisory assignments across sectors, including analyzing and comparing terms from different lenders.
• Participate in deal origination and client marketing efforts, including developing ideas to assist in winning mandates.

Requirements

• Experience in investment or corporate banking, particularly in capital markets advisory or leveraged finance.
• Strong analytical skills for credit analysis and due diligence.
• Ability to prepare client engagement materials and presentations.
• Experience in transaction execution support and deal origination.
