Investment Banking Associate - Healthcare Biotechnology

We are currently looking for an experienced Investment Banking Associate on our Healthcare Biotechnology team in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring and corporate & venture services.
• Develop internal and external relationships to enhance client service and business development.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support transaction execution.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client service and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1 - 2 years of Investment Banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experience.
• Biotech market domain knowledge required.
• Public equity capital markets and M&A transaction experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop internal and external relationships.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
