About the position

As an Investment Consultant at Fidelity, you will play a crucial role in developing customized financial plans for clients using a variety of products and services. Responsibilities

• Develop customized financial plans for clients using Fidelity's planning tools.
• Engage in financial planning discussions and present solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct efficient one-on-one appointments with clients and plan for follow-up actions.
• Grow relationships through proactive outreach to understand clients' goals and objectives.
• Refer clients to wealth management partners based on their needs and financial complexity.

Requirements

• Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 and appropriate state registrations preferred, or ability to acquire quickly upon hire.
• Degree and/or professional certifications such as a CFP are helpful; tuition reimbursement available for obtaining a CFP or degree.
• Comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions and ability to educate customers on their values and differences.
• Outstanding communication and consultative skills, thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
