Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and consultation services for mutual funds, variable annuities, securities, and other investment vehicles to customers.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions for branch employees on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Regularly contact assigned branch offices to report on sales activities and exchange pertinent information.
  • Arrange and coordinate training sessions for branch representatives regarding prospecting and customer engagement.
  • Support branch representatives in setting up interviews and identifying potential customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • At least five years of related sales experience required.
  • Must possess Series 7 and Series 63 licenses; Series 65 and insurance licenses (Wisconsin life, annuity, and LTC) preferred.
  • Exemplary sales skills and effective interpersonal skills required, including the ability to conduct group presentations.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in bank programs and knowledge of the banking industry is desirable.
