The Associate Portfolio Manager at Enterprise Bank & Trust plays a crucial role in managing investment portfolios while leveraging capital market knowledge and experience. In addition to managing portfolios, the Associate Portfolio Manager is responsible for providing exceptional client service and responsiveness based on client needs and expectations. This includes conducting regular meetings and communications with clients, advising them on market conditions, investment trends, and alternatives. The role also involves preparing documents for Wealth Management team members to assist in closing new client prospects for investment management and wealth planning services. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a high level of ethics and professionalism in all interactions is paramount to promote the Bank's reputation and adhere to applicable laws and regulations. The Associate Portfolio Manager will work collaboratively with Investment Team members to create analytical tools and improve operational efficiency related to research and performance reporting. They will also assist Portfolio Traders as needed and support the team during annual regulatory exams and audits. A comprehensive understanding of trust policies is essential, and the role may involve performing other duties as required to support the investment management function.
