About the position

Join our Investment Product Operations team as an Associate in Managed Product Operations, where you will support the Investments Platform. This role involves managing data, supporting user inquiries, and driving process enhancements in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and assisting management in identifying key business risks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the user community in all aspects of the platform, from trading to day-to-day issues.
  • Manage data, including reconciliation, data quality issues, and golden source data.
  • Work directly with Product Owners to prioritize the resolution of system defects/issues.
  • Support daily inquiries and integrate content to assist management in maintaining Key Performance Indicators.
  • Gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret large data sets, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the cross-line of business user community.
  • Assist management in identifying key business risks on the platform and drive the resolution of mitigating controls.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
  • Conduct ongoing procedure and process analysis to account for changes in workflow.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Wealth Management industry is a plus.
  • Investment management expertise/experience or security/Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) lifecycle is preferred.
  • Knowledge of multi-asset markets, products, and processes is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with different stakeholder groups and drive resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex solutions.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative, committed, and able to maintain a positive attitude and high performance on high-profile/time-sensitive initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient to advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Monday, SharePoint, OneNote, and Word.
  • Proficiency in Citizen Developer tools such as Alteryx and Python is an advantage.
