About the role:
Yieldstreet is seeking an Associate to join our growing Investment Product Management team, responsible for leading the sales and marketing of our differentiated private markets investment products (i.e., real estate, private credit, private equity, and more).
You will play a key role in bringing our products to market by analyzing investor demand, developing differentiated positioning and messaging, leading the creation of marketing assets, and tracking key results. This highly-visible role will partner closely with Investments, our Private Client Group, Investor Relations, Marketing, Legal, and Product Design/Development on many of the most important launches and initiatives across the firm.
We are seeking ambitious candidates who are eager to make an impact at Yieldstreet. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and are able to operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right.
The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing/sales, experience in investments/financial services, and eagerness to become an expert in private markets.
What you'll do:
* Lead efforts to bring our investment products to market in partnership with teams across Investments, Marketing, Legal, and Operations
* Craft compelling narratives and differentiated positioning for our products and asset classes, simplifying complex investment topics into digestible consumer-facing messaging
* Develop strategic marketing plans focused on driving sales
* Own the development of marketing assets to support products and asset classes such as email, educational content, videos, and more
* Train and support the Private Client Group and Investor Relations teams to articulate product value propositions
* Participate in client meetings, acting as a subject matter expert in investment products
* Track and analyze the performance of the launches and campaigns against KPIs to optimize business outcomes and foster continual innovation
* Conduct market research to understand our investors, current market trends, the competitive landscape, and key investor insights
What you'll need:
* 2+ years of marketing, sales, or investment products experience within financial services
* Excellent written communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging
* Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation:
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $90,000+ (Actual salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
The compensation package also includes a generous bonus, benefits, and equity.
