About the position

As an Investment Service Administrator at Thomas Doll, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operational processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This multifaceted position combines administrative support with client-focused interactions, contributing significantly to the overall success of our wealth management services. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, preparing trade proposals, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of investment transactions. Maintaining organized and up-to-date client records, including account documentation and transaction history, will be essential in this role. You will work closely with multiple financial advisors on various tasks, including preparing relevant reports and documentation for meetings. As a primary point of contact for clients, you will address inquiries, provide updates on account status, and foster strong relationships. Your ability to actively listen to client needs will be vital in providing assistance and support to ensure a positive client experience. In addition to client relationship management, you will proactively identify and resolve client issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions. Addressing administrative and operational challenges will be necessary to maintain seamless client interactions. You will also process account-related documentation, including preparation and follow-up, and provide ongoing maintenance of client accounts and records, assisting with money movement, transfers, and informational changes. Collaborating with the investment team to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will prepare and distribute regular communications to clients, including performance reports, market updates, and other relevant information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
