As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience to align with our digital product strategy. This position requires a customer-obsessed mindset to stay ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. You will leverage market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create a compelling product vision that includes target customer segments, markets, channels, go-to-market approaches, and value propositions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, identify investment areas, and establish success measures. You will serve as the Product Manager for the Investment Services Digital Platform, specifically supporting the Digital Data Delivery (Client APIs & sFTP) journey team and the Pivot Mobile Application journey team. Your responsibilities will include teaming up with user experience (UX) research during the discovery phase, conducting internal and external interviews, workshops, and demos, and partnering with UX design experts to create a differentiating experience. You will also work closely with business line stakeholders, UX, and engineers to define the product roadmap, oversee two scrum team backlogs, and ensure they accurately reflect value and complexity. As a Product Manager, you will explain business drivers and provide clarification to business analysts and engineers, make final decisions on deliverables during sprint reviews, and review and sign off on launch and adoption tactics for releases. This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, requiring an in-office presence of three or more days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
