About the position

The Invoice Verification Auditor at ServiceLink plays a crucial role in the mortgage services industry by reviewing, adjusting, denying, and approving invoices submitted by clients' vendors. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. The role is ideal for someone with a solid work history in the mortgage or real estate industry, particularly in default mortgage areas such as Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Property Preservation.

Responsibilities

• Review, adjust, deny and approve invoices submitted by our clients' vendors.
• Review invoices submitted by our clients' vendors timely and accurately.
• Meet minimum daily production quota while maintaining a high degree of quality.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of default mortgage experience in the areas of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and/or Property Preservation.
• Familiarity with investor (FHA/FHLMC/FNMA) guidelines preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, research and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ability to learn and retain complex information quickly and efficiently.
