Responsibilities

  • Works with Load Management, Sales, Part's Sales and Shipping departments to compile needed data.
  • Checks all pricing, discount and freight information for reasonableness and accuracy.
  • Prepares invoices and bills of lading listing items sold, selling price, discounts, freight, credit terms, etc.
  • Generates the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin and verifies that the MSO and invoice are in agreement.
  • Works directly with the boat dealers and drivers relating to customer pick-ups, selected discount and freight questions, and completing affidavits when necessary.
  • Prepares Canadian Border paperwork with correct calculations and information needed for drivers to cross Canadian border.
  • Processing of dealer incentive programs.
  • Act as the Trade Compliance Liaison for New York Mills operations.
  • Running of basic financial reports as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Two-year associate's degree in accounting or business with preferably with two to five years related work experience.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
