About the position

The iOS Developer position is a 12-month contract role based in Sunnyvale, CA, requiring expertise in iOS app development. The role focuses on creating and maintaining applications for the iOS platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of released applications and a deep understanding of iOS frameworks and development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain iOS applications for the App Store.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iOS app development.
• Proficient in Swift and Objective-C.
• Deep understanding of the iOS SDK and Apple's development tools.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
