About the position
We are looking for a highly skilled iOS Developer with over 7 years of overall programming experience and at least 4 years specifically in iOS development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building consumer-facing mobile solutions for iOS, utilizing Swift and Objective C. A sound understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM and VIPER is essential, along with hands-on experience with REST API services. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of scalability, security, and maintainability of high-volume mobile applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate complex technology solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and design solutions for consumer or internal facing iOS mobile applications
- Provide inputs in end to end design, development, and testing of solutions
- Work with technical leads, managers, and Product stakeholders to meet release dates and timelines
- Collaborate with team, business analysts, and subject matter experts to understand complex technological systems and produce integrated end-to-end solution options
- Provide high level effort estimates in the absence of detailed requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years overall programming experience
- 4+ years of iOS development
- Strong hands-on experience building consumer facing mobile solutions for iOS
- Hands-on experience with Swift and Objective C
- Sound understanding of architectural patterns like MVVM and VIPER
- Hands-on experience with REST API services
- Deep knowledge of scalability, security, and maintainability of high-volume mobile applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate and drive highly complex technology solutions to broad audiences within and outside of IT through diagrams, written and verbal presentations and communication
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with React Native and Flutter is a big plus
- Familiarity with Cocoa Pod, APNS, CI/CD
