About the position

As an iOS Developer at Conch Technologies Inc, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality iOS applications using Swift UI. This role requires a strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as Foundation, UIKit, CocoaTouch, and Core Data, as well as experience with API integration to ensure seamless communication between the app and backend services. You will utilize Xcode-provided tools, including Debug Memory Graph, Debug View Hierarchy, and Instruments for Profiling, to optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues effectively. In addition to technical skills, you will be expected to apply one or more design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, MVP, or Singleton in your development process. A working knowledge of version control systems like Git or Bitbucket is essential for collaborating with other developers and managing code changes. You should also have experience creating applications that are available in the Apple App Store, showcasing your ability to deliver functional and user-friendly products. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency with Linux, Mac OS X, and GNU tools, along with scripting languages to enhance development workflows. Understanding build systems and CI/CD processes, particularly with Jenkins, is crucial for maintaining efficient development cycles. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and code coverage tools for Swift will also be important to ensure the reliability and quality of the applications you develop.
