About the position

The iOS Developer will work collaboratively with engineers to develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for the iOS platform. This role involves supporting the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, release, and ongoing support, while ensuring that applications meet quality standards and leverage the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
• Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Design interfaces to improve user experience
• Liaise with the Product development team to plan new features
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols
• Stay up to date with new technology trends
• Join current scrum teams, execute user stories, give demos, receive feedback, and pick up new stories.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in iOS development
• Strong proficiency in Swift and C
• Ability to write unit and functional tests
• In-depth knowledge of Swift and familiarity with Objective-C
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Familiarity with OOP design principles
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Proven work experience as an iOS developer
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
