About the position

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer for a 3-month contract position with a strong possibility of extension. The role involves developing high-performance mobile applications for iOS, utilizing both Swift and Objective-C, and requires a solid understanding of iOS frameworks and app design principles. The position is hybrid, requiring three days a week onsite in Cupertino, California.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Optimize application performance with a focus on multithreading and efficient coding practices.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code throughout the app development lifecycle.
• Utilize version control systems like Git for code management.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 2 years of industry experience in iOS app development.
• Proficient in Swift and Objective-C, with experience in Python for backend tasks.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, SwiftUI, CoreData, and Combine.
• Experience with app design principles and creating user interfaces.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with signal processing.
• Knowledge of AppKit and XCTest framework.
