About the position

Adidev Technologies is urgently seeking entry-level and mid-level iOS developers to optimize, build, and troubleshoot large-scale applications for enterprise-level clients. The role requires a driven self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Candidates should be ready to make an immediate impact and grow their skillset within a rapidly expanding software consulting company.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Maintain positive rapport with all clients
• Gather requirements and provide accurate project milestones and timelines
• Maintain open communication via phone, text, and email
• Complete daily project progress summaries
• Suggest new features and expansions of existing apps to improve performance and usability
• Deliver on time and communicate any changes in deadlines promptly

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Swift, Unit test automation, Agile, GitHub, and Objective-C
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation
• Experience with Design Patterns such as MVC, MVVM
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Familiarity with 3rd Party API integrations such as Facebook, Dropbox, Instagram, Twitter, GoogleDrive, Bluetooth, Keychain
• Knowledge of web technologies and UI/UX standards
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
• Experience with performance and memory tuning tools
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Understanding of iOS design patterns/coding conventions and App Store Review Guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN
• Familiarity with continuous integration

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with React Native
• A GitHub account with creative projects
• Knowledge of any server-side language
• HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript experience
• Knowledge of Swift UI
