About the position

The Process Engineering job family at Procter & Gamble is dedicated to optimizing our manufacturing processes. This involves everything from developing innovative strategies to enhance efficiency to implementing new technologies that improve our production lines. As a Process Engineer in the SEAO team, you will be responsible for managing and executing small-scale projects, creating models, and conducting analyses. You will play a crucial role in identifying key business-building opportunities and ensuring processes are conducted in accordance with current standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute small-scale projects.
  • Create models and conduct analyses to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Identify key business-building opportunities.
  • Demonstrate stewardship and execute organizational responsibilities.
  • Prepare materials for team to influence leaders.
  • Build and enhance organization's capabilities by training others on core competencies.

Requirements

  • Completed at least an undergraduate degree, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA accounting qualification).
  • At least two types of different F&A roles/experiences (unless progression as part of an OU recognized mastery program).
  • Quickly learns new skills/processes and adapts to new cultures/systems.
  • Proficient at least two job-specific skills (out of which one needs to be F&A core skill) AND at least two additional job-specific skills (out of which one needs to be F&A core).
