About the position
The Irrigation Division Manager will oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of irrigation systems. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work closely with the Owner and CEO to grow the division, leveraging an established clientele. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work in a team environment, and possess strong mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the opening, closing, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems.
- Collaborate with the Owner and CEO to develop and grow the irrigation division.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members of varying skill levels.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to established clientele.
- Maintain a drug-free work environment and adhere to random drug testing policies.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in irrigation or related field.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems is essential.
