About the position
As a Conserva Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and installations related to irrigation systems while providing excellent service to clients. This role requires a self-starter with industry experience who can troubleshoot issues, install smart controllers, and ensure proper coverage of irrigation systems.
Responsibilities
- Work independently with clients to assess their irrigation needs.
- Perform 50-point inspections of irrigation systems using company software.
- Install spray, rotor, and drip zones, as well as smart controllers, flow sensors, valves, and rotors.
- Manage time and client expectations effectively.
- Assess residential irrigation systems through the SES sales process.
- Assess commercial irrigation systems through the CSA sales process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of irrigation industry experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Motivation to earn production bonuses.
- Ability to perform regular physical labor.
