About the position
As a Level Two Technician at Conserva Irrigation, you will play a crucial role in the irrigation industry by performing repairs, enhancing existing systems, and installing smart irrigation controllers. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial repairs including installing smart controllers, valve repair/rebuild, fixing line leaks, and replacing sprinkler heads.
- Educate clients about system enhancements and conservation practices.
- Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Assess residential irrigation systems through the SES® sales process.
- Assess commercial irrigation systems through the CSA® sales process.
- Advance to a Sales Technician role.
Requirements
- More than one year of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required.
- Clean driving record.
- Results-oriented with a motivation to earn production bonuses.
- Great attitude with a desire for growth.
- Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
