About the position
The IS Business Applications - Associate Analyst (Scheduling) position at Nemours is a full-time remote role focused on providing support for IS Business applications, desk side software technology, and electronic medical records. The Associate Analyst will engage in building, testing, and validating new functionalities while working closely with lead analysts to improve workflows and data collection processes. This role emphasizes process improvement, user education, and maintaining data integrity within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to end users for IS Business applications and electronic medical records.
- Participate in building, testing, and validating new functionalities of business applications.
- Engage in custom configuration activities for business applications.
- Conduct business workflow analysis and assess the need for redesign and process improvement.
- Assist in configuring business applications to meet departmental requirements while promoting enterprise standards.
- Participate in the evaluation, testing, and validation of new release and upgrade functionalities.
- Respond to assigned ServiceNow tickets within defined timeframes.
- Achieve and maintain Epic Cadence certification in accordance with vendor requirements.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree required.
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' experience required.
- Minimum of one (1) year scheduling/patient access related experience is preferred.
- Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in ServiceNow is preferred.
- Valid RN License is preferred.
