About the position

The Office Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the contracting, requisitioning, and invoicing responsibilities for system vendors within the Information Systems department. This position supports the administrative needs of the department and ensures compliance with IT standards as mandated by the Joint Commission, State, and Federal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee contracting, requisitioning, and invoicing responsibilities for system vendors.
  • Support the administrative needs of the Information Systems department and management team.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards per the Joint Commission, State, and Federal requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associates degree required; Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative role required.
  • Previous experience supporting a VP-level position strongly preferred.
  • Bookkeeping or accounting skills required.
  • General secretarial skills required.
  • Strong knowledge of basic Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English required.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
