About the position

The IS Operations Coordinator at Emerson Hospital is responsible for overseeing the contracting, requisitioning, and invoicing responsibilities for system vendors. This role supports the administrative needs of the Information Systems department and management team, ensuring compliance with IT standards as per Joint Commission, State, and Federal requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associates degree required, Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative role required.
  • Strong knowledge of basic Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bookkeeping or accounting skills required.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

  • Coursework in business, administration, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting a VP-level position strongly preferred.
