About the position

The Sr. Application Manager will play a crucial role in collaborating with Information Systems (I/S) and business leaders across various departments to deliver technology solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. This position emphasizes building strong relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and managing resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and shape technology requirements.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with I/S teams to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating transparency, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a Sr. Leader within the Business Engagement group to help define and support common processes and best practices for roles within this group.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Sales, Fleet Services, and Digital Products business processes and tools.
  • Work closely with the business to support business request prioritization and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee software evaluations, communicate project timelines and progress, and work with I/S Product Owners to define and implement solutions.
  • Manage product-focused resources for Sales and Digital Products, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and at least 10 years of relevant experience required.
