About the position

The IS Systems Analyst role at Providence St. Joseph Health is focused on supporting the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program within the IS Department. This remote position involves conducting content analysis, reviewing, and consolidating policies and procedures, as well as supporting audits related to Identity Access Management (IAM) and other regulatory requirements. The role is integral to ensuring compliance and risk management within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program.
• Conduct content analysis, review, and consolidation of policies and procedures across the IS Department.
• Support the Identity Access Management (IAM) team with access management audits.
• Assist with other audits within the department, including SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, and CMS.

Requirements

• 4 years of recent experience in governance, risk, or compliance operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, and CMS audits.
