About the position
The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations Excellence Leader will lead a team focused on enhancing ISC Operations through strategic processes and goals related to Manufacturing and Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul. This role involves defining project goals, managing project development, and ensuring financial returns on investment while collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and planning of key projects, defining project product, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Define project success criteria and communicate them to all involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create strong operational management to direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Proactively manage changes in project product, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Influence team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Achieve all financial returns on investment as approved, ensuring excellence in collaboration and project performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Projects and Initiatives.
- Prior experience leading people in special projects.
- Working knowledge of global supply chain operations for the oil, gas, and new energy industry.
