About the position

The ISD Technician role involves providing Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. This position requires familiarity with various devices and the ability to manage asset inventory effectively. The technician will work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring the accuracy and availability of equipment while adhering to established operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Manage asset inventory, including scanning, updating, tracking, and overall management of NF assets.
• Document operating procedures and maintain accurate ticket notation.
• Assist with employee moves, including equipment tear-downs, installations, and cable management.
• Utilize ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system for tracking issues and resolutions.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a large group setting.

Requirements

• Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting with hardware and software.
• Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices.
• Proficient in documenting operating procedures and ticket notation.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system.
• Knowledge of asset management and inventory control processes.
