About the position

The Hospitality Manager at Red Pebbles Hospitality is responsible for leading a dynamic team in a full-service restaurant environment. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage staff in a full-service restaurant setting.
  • Conduct monthly inventories and manage stock levels.
  • Lead and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Delegate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 2 years of previous front of house management experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate staff.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with computers and restaurant management software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with LBW Knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Open Table.
