About the position

The Recruiter at Kforce is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing international candidates under managerial direction. This role involves building strong relationships with candidates through exceptional customer service and is directly involved in hiring, discipline, and termination decisions. The Recruiter engages in various sourcing activities, evaluates market conditions, and ensures a steady candidate inventory to meet client demands.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified international candidates through various sourcing activities including market research, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Determine and implement appropriate recruiting techniques based on market, industry, skill set, and region.
  • Evaluate market conditions to maintain candidate inventory at appropriate levels for client demand.
  • Conduct telephone and in-person interviews to qualify candidates based on work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
  • Complete reference checks to verify candidates' skills and experience.
  • Coordinate background investigations with administrative staff.
  • Analyze client requirements and match the best candidates to client needs.
  • Package candidates for presentation to clients and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Provide coaching and advice to candidates throughout the interview process, including counteroffers and job transitions.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure candidate satisfaction.
  • Supervise and manage candidates on assignment, including counseling and discipline, and involvement in termination decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult human relations issues with professionalism.
  • Sound judgment and reasoning abilities.
  • Strong drive for results and self-motivation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
