About the position

The Issuer Operations Analyst for the State Based Exchange is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations related to health insurance issuers within the state exchange framework. This role involves analyzing operational processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of issuer operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor issuer operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Facilitate communication between health insurance issuers and state exchange stakeholders.
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and compliance issues.
• Assist in the resolution of operational issues and provide support to issuers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Experience in health insurance operations or regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
