About the position

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor issue defects.

• Maintain knowledge of risk management developments and changes.
• Communicate risk vision and regulatory requirements to stakeholders.
• Provide objective oversight of risks using defined methodologies.
• Foster relationships within business units to promote engagement in risk management programs.
• Assist with presentations and workshops to communicate risk management tactics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting.
• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and data proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidance about enterprise risk and operational risk.
