Salesforce is seeking a high-energy, driven professional to join our ISV Partner Recruitment team. This role is pivotal in building and defining the recruiting motion for high visibility or complex ISV lead onboarding. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding and contracting specific companies to become ISV Partners, enabling them to launch on the AppExchange and drive initial revenue for the partnership. This position requires a passion for the Salesforce platform and products, as well as a strong interest in proliferating the AppExchange ecosystem. In this fast-paced, innovative environment, you will be provided with the tools, resources, and leadership necessary to recruit new ISVs and elevate your career. You will work closely with the AppExchange Technical Solutions team to validate the Salesforce platform and assist ISV Partners in building solutions on the platform. Collaboration is key, as you will engage with various internal stakeholders, including business development, Partner Account Management, Legal, and ISV support teams, to manage the onboarding process effectively. Achieving targets and metrics outlined by the business will be a critical aspect of your role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and consultative sales solution experience. You should be comfortable running executive leadership meetings and managing multiple internal stakeholders, displaying ample business acumen and executive presence. With a proven track record in partnership or sales leadership, you will bring a positive, proactive attitude and strong time management skills to the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
