About the position

The IT Account / Client Success Manager at GroupOne Consulting is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving long-term success for both clients and the company. This role involves utilizing CRM software and Microsoft 365 to support clients through their technology journey, focusing on account management, cross-selling services, and strategic planning. The position offers a hybrid/remote schedule after an initial waiting period, emphasizing the importance of customer service and sales acumen in achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software and Microsoft 365 to support clients.
  • Cross-sell services to existing clients and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and Managed Services teams to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to client success through effective account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in business, computer science, or computer information systems preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or Inside Sales within the technical field preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software for at least 1 year is required.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills are preferred.
