About the position

The Mid-Level Program Analyst position at Vintun supports the Program Manager for Wargaming Capability (PM WGC) within the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC). This role focuses on providing acquisition logistics support to develop and implement advanced wargaming capabilities for the USMC Wargaming Center. The analyst will assist in managing IT installation and testing efforts, develop acquisition documentation, and support program execution to meet aggressive project schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing IT installation and testing efforts.
  • Develop and provide acquisition documentation and product support through research, editing, analysis, update, and review of all acquisition-related documents.
  • Support customers in task tracking, meeting minutes, documentation reviews, guidance, and programmatic recommendations.
  • Develop briefs, reports, information papers, presentation material, and talking points.
  • Prepare drafts of official correspondence.
  • Evaluate and oversee program execution of near-term, mid-term, and long-term requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple taskings concurrently.
  • Solve or recommend solutions for problems or risks that arise during program life cycle phases.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, high visibility program office while balancing multiple workstreams.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience supporting a DoD program office to Initial Operation Capability.
  • Highly desired: Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Level I or II qualified or equivalent education and experience in IT Program Management.
  • Prior working knowledge of the Marine Corps and Marine Corps Acquisitions.
  • BS degree required.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Above average skills with MS Office programs.
  • Must possess an active SECRET clearance at a minimum, TS/SCI preferred.
