About the position

The IT Administrator will provide onsite support in Chelsea, MA, focusing on IT asset management, software/hardware troubleshooting, and network infrastructure support. This role requires occasional after-hours support and is essential for maintaining the organization's IT systems and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT inventory and asset management.
  • Perform software installations and manage patches.
  • Ensure system security and compliance with protocols.
  • Deliver on-site support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Resolve network-related issues and provide technical support.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to address operational issues.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, and network protocols.
  • Proficient in Active Directory and Microsoft O365.
  • Experience with mobile device support.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
