About the position
The IT - Analysis / Development 3 position at IDEALFORCE is a contract role based in Phoenix, Arizona, requiring onsite presence. The role focuses on troubleshooting existing software and configurations, providing technical support for critical system changes, and facilitating data exchanges with various stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and third-party vendors.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot existing software, configurations, and associated interfaces.
- Interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement agency partners, and third-party vendors.
- Provide support for data exchanges, including Open Data.
- Provide technical support for critical system changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Support application and interfaces as a systems analyst.
Requirements
- Experience in Linux, TSQL/SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ), and Shell scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting Law Enforcement Critical Systems and Interfaces.
- Database development experience, including writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in supporting and troubleshooting Law Enforcement Systems and Interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience supporting and troubleshooting Law Enforcement Systems and Interfaces.
