About the position

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot existing software, configurations, and associated interfaces.
- Interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement agency partners, and third-party vendors.
- Provide support for data exchanges, including Open Data.
- Offer technical support for critical system changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Support application and interfaces as a systems analyst.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software troubleshooting and database development.
- Experience with Linux, TSQL/SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ), and Shell scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting law enforcement critical systems and interfaces.
- Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
