About the position

The IT Analyst/Developer position is focused on troubleshooting existing software and configurations, providing technical support for critical system changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations. The role involves interaction with internal and external customers, law enforcement agency partners, and third-party vendors, particularly in the context of data exchanges and law enforcement critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot existing software, configurations, and associated interfaces.
• Interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement agency partners, and third-party vendors.
• Provide support for data exchanges, including Open Data.
• Provide technical support for critical system changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Support application and interfaces as a systems analyst.

Requirements

• Experience in Linux, TSQL/SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ), and Shell scripting.
• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting Law Enforcement Critical Systems and Interfaces.
• Database development experience, including writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience supporting and troubleshooting Law Enforcement Systems and Interfaces.
