About the position

The IT Analyst II position at Family & Children's Services, Inc. is a full-time role focused on providing Tier 2 support services. The role also involves user support, assistance, and training in PC skills, as well as network account maintenance and project support as needed. Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 desk side computer hardware and software support including configuration, deployment, inventory, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
  • Assist users with technical support and provide PC skills training.
  • Maintain network accounts and perform project support as assigned.
  • Work independently and cooperatively with team members to resolve technical issues.
  • Be available for after-hours on-call shifts as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or 3 years of IT Support work experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on relationship-building.
  • Commitment to professional demeanor and confidentiality.
  • Current valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to use personal vehicle to travel between sites.
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with remote user support, including Office365 products, Apple MacOS, and iOS.
  • Experience with SCCM image building, package building, and deployment.
  • IT-related certifications such as A+, Net+, or ITIL Foundation.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
  • Technical writing experience.
