About the position

The IT Analyst (Security Operations) at Erie Insurance is responsible for coordinating transitions to new vendors, business processes, and technology changes that significantly impact stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Triaging information security alerts from multiple system sources.
  • Remediating and documenting information security incidents.
  • Continuous monitoring of threat intelligence.
  • Collaborating across the organization to ensure adherence to information security best practices.
  • Analyzing business or technical processes with moderate to high impact for stakeholders.
  • Conducting research, generating comparisons, and validating solutions for transitional changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field plus two years' related experience.
  • Associate's degree in a technical field plus four years' related experience.
  • High school diploma plus six years' related experience.
  • Experience working on or around Information Security.
  • Proficiency with building and maintaining metrics/data.
  • Strong communication skills.
