About the position

The IT Analyst position at Insight Global involves supporting a company-wide integration in Akron, Ohio. The role requires the individual to manage onboarding and offboarding processes using Microsoft Azure, handle new hire requests, perform file cleanup, and provide Intune setup for mobile devices. The analyst will be responsible for managing support tickets for over 300 users and will work onsite five days a week, with availability for after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard employees using Microsoft Azure.
• Attend to new hire requests and file cleanup.
• Provide Intune setup on phones and cell phone support.
• Handle support tickets for 300+ users.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
• 2-3 years of professional IT support experience.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure for onboarding and offboarding.
• SCCM experience for imaging.
• Office 365 troubleshooting experience (MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Experience managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Intune experience for setting up phones and cell phone support.
• Escalation experience for support issues.
